2nd Shift - Vertical CNC Specialists for Hurco / Hard Cutting Machines Job Description: This position will require candidates with strong machining experience on both vertical and horizontal machining centers. We are looking for hard-working candidates excited to be a part of a team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities: Setup and program tooling required for each project Setup and tear-down workpieces and fixtures in machining centers Use required inspection equipment to verify finished workpieces meet requirements Communicate with programmers, toolmakers, and management on projects as required Qualifications: Experience with the use of measuring equipment, micrometers, calipers, etc. for inspection 2 years of experience running CNC machining centers Experience with CNC programming a plus
Moldmaker / Toolmaker Job Description: Candidates should have experience, be able to work as part of a team, have a positive attitude, and have strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with high cavity, stack, multi-shot, insert, tight tolerance, multiple action, and medical molds is desired. Horizontal Boring Bar Machinist Job Description: The Horizontal Boring Bar Machinist position will require a candidate with strong machining experience on boring mills or horizontal boring mills. We are looking for hard working candidate excited to be a part of a team-oriented workplace. Responsibilities: Receive instructions and work orders from the CNC Supervisor and Tooling Operations Manager Plan and understand requirements for proper tooling, perform checks and adjust processes as required, while maintaining tolerances Handle material to and from work area, within department, using a jib, overhead crane or other material handling equipment, as required Refer to drawings, sketches, manuals, charts, and process sheets Ensure specification conformance of product, process and workmanship and documents findings on personal computers and/or other data acquisition devices as required Perform de-burring operations with miscellaneous hand tools Perform checks on equipment to maintain efficient and safe operations and reports and deficiencies Check fluid levels, add coolant, and change external air filters as required. CNC Programmer Job Description: This position will require candidates with strong programming experience with 3 and 5 axis vertical CNC machines. Knowledge of plastics injection molds is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right individuals. Responsibilities/Skills: Programming for electrodes, steel, and mold bases Knowledge and understanding of Power mill/Autodesk and Creo/ProE or the willingness to learn. Mold Design Engineer Job Description: Requires a candidate with strong plastic injection mold design experiences. We are looking for a candidate with good leadership skills. These skills will be needed when working with customers, toolmakers, & design apprentices. The engineering department is a fast-paced environment, so good organization and communication skills are a must. Responsibilities and Duties Design projects from concept thru final details. Interaction with customers. Communicate with project managers and the toolmakers. Knowing and understanding manufacturing processes. Qualifications and Skills 3D software experience. Program Manager The Program Manager position will require a candidate with a strong understanding of injection moldmaking. We are looking for experienced hard-working candidates looking to be a part of a team-oriented workplace. Business Development Assistant Job Description: The Business Development Assistant (BDA) is responsible for assisting members of the sales team including Business Development Specialists and Program Managers, ensuring that work is being fully completed, in a timely manner. The BDA role will require strong organizational and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: Work with Business Development Specialists and PMs to assist in formatting quotes based on information gathered from the sales team. Assist sales team in formatting quotes Entering New Jobs into our system Assist in reviewing contracts and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). Manage NDAs in proper file folders/spreadsheet.
